This is regulated switching power supply. It accepts worldwide voltage (AC 100-240V) so you can use it around the world. The continuous loading is up to 0.4A (or 400mA) and DC output voltage can be selected at 3V, 4.5V, 5V, 6V, 9V or 12V.

The AC plug is replaceable - You can change the original AC plug to a suitable AC plug (as shown in the last picture) by a screw.
